This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of services and products purchased through the “The Art Vents” platform/website (“Platform”) operated by Homies Roam LLP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
By making a purchase through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must immediately cease all use of our platform and services.
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
This Policy applies to the delivery of: 1.1. Digital Deliverables: Such as event tickets, access links for online workshops and confirmations for artist service bookings.
1.2. Physical Products: Any merchandise, art supplies, or other tangible products offered for sale and requiring physical shipment.
ARTICLE 2: DIGITAL DELIVERABLES
For all digital purchases, including event registrations, online workshop access, and artist service booking confirmations:
2.1. Delivery Method: Digital deliverables will primarily be sent to the email address registered with your platform account or provided during the purchase process. In some cases, access links or confirmations may also be available directly within your platform user dashboard.
2.2. Delivery Timeline: 2.2.1. Instant Delivery: Most digital deliverables such as event confirmations and booking receipts are sent instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. 2.2.2. Pre-Event Delivery: For events or workshops requiring specific access links or detailed instructions, these may be sent closer to the event date or 24-48 hours prior, to ensure the most up-to-date information is provided. Specific timelines will be communicated on the event page or during the booking process.
2.3. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon successful purchase, which serves as proof of your booking/registration. This email will contain all necessary details, including but not limited to unique booking IDs, access instructions, event schedules and event specifics.
2.4. Failed Delivery: If you do not receive your digital deliverable within the expected timeframe: 2.4.1. Please check your spam or junk mail folder. 2.4.2. Verify that the email address provided during purchase is correct. 2.4.3. Contact our customer support team immediately at contact@theartvents.in and provide information with regards to your transaction details.
ARTICLE 3: PHYSICAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
3.1. Shipping Zones: We currently ship physical products within India. International shipping may be available for select products and will be explicitly stated on the product page. Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply for international orders.
3.2. Order Processing Time: 3.2.1. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, after receiving your order confirmation email. 3.2.2. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information from our preferred product delivery partner.
3.3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times: 3.3.1. Standard Shipping (within India): Estimated delivery within 7 business days from the date of shipment. 3.3.2. Express Shipping (within India): Estimated delivery within 3 business days from the date of shipment. 3.3.3. International Shipping: Estimated delivery times will vary by destination and shipping method chosen. Details will be provided at checkout.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays or public holidays.
3.4. Shipping Costs: 3.4.1. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the package, shipping method selected and your delivery address. 3.4.2. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the platform.
3.5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, possibly with a tracking number as well. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the respective courier partner’s website, in case you have received the same.
3.6. Delivery Issues: 3.6.1. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at contact@theartvents.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item. We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist in resolving it. 3.6.2. Incorrect Address: Homies Roam LLP is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the user. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Reshipment due to an incorrect address may incur additional charges. 3.6.3. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner may leave a notification or attempt redelivery. It is the user’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier for redelivery or pick-up. Orders returned to us due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charge.
ARTICLE 4: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
4.1. Eligibility for Returns: 4.1.1. Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. 4.1.2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. 4.1.3. Products explicitly marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” are exempt from this policy. 4.1.4. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.
4.2. Return Process: 4.2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@theartvents.in with your order number and reason for return. 4.2.2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return shipping address. 4.2.3. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.3. Refunds for Returns: 4.3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 4.3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. 4.3.3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error which may include a wrong or damaged item shipped.
4.4. Exchanges: 4.4.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 4.4.2. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@theartvents.in, and one of our personnel’s, will guide you through the process. 4.4.3. Exchanges for reasons other than defect or damage are at the Company’s sole discretion and may be subject to stock availability and additional shipping fees.

5.1. Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided for delivery, including your email address, physical address and contact number, is accurate and complete.
5.2. Receipt of Delivery: For physical products, you are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
5.3. Review of Deliverables: Upon receipt of any digital deliverable, please review it promptly to ensure accuracy and completeness. Any discrepancies must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of receipt.
ARTICLE 6: FORCE MAJEURE AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Homies Roam LLP shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, governmental actions, epidemics, pandemics, significant technical failures or severe disruptions in transportation networks. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of the situation, in case any.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the Platform.
